Today is our 3rd Annual PorchFest Quincy!

It’s hard to believe this is our third year, and also that the event has drawn as much success since day one. Today, rain or shine, our event will highlight the talents of over 120 performers at the locations of over 80 kind members of our community.

Due to the overwhelming success last year, this year we will be featuring two beer trucks – one in Merrymount and another in Squantum.

All of the performer locations and the beer truck locations are highlighted on this trusty map, which you can access via this link.

There is considerable gratitude to go around. This event would be nothing without my PorchFest Quincy Co-founder, Walter “Wally” Hubley, and our amazing team of organizers and volunteers including Stacey LeMay, Ryan Paugh, Mark Sauter, Anthony Andronico, Kathy Hubley, Jain Ruvidich-Higgins, and our friends from Discover Quincy, led by Margaret LaForest. Also a shout out to Kerry Byrne for securing our beer trucks, again.

Many thanks are also in order to the city of Quincy for approving all of our necessary licenses and to the Quincy Police Department, who have also been supportive in making sure there are no hiccups in safety.

Lastly, thank you to each of our performers, to our hosts and to all of you for joining us today. Have a blast, be safe, and break a leg!!
