I received notice of Public Hearings before the Quincy Planning Board on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 7:05 p.m., and the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., relative to the 1-15 Arlington Street and 22-30 Fayette Street Proposed Hotel Development.

The Applicant proposes to construct a six story, 135-room hotel with a conference room, and 102 parking spaces. If this matter is of any interest or concern to you, I encourage you to attend these meetings and any subsequent hearings in the process.

A copy of the Applicant’s plans may be viewed at the Department of Planning and Community Development, Coddington Hall, 34 Coddington Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
